Managing Digital Assets
Digital asset management (DAM) includes functionality that supports the ingestion, annotation, storage, retrieval, and rendering of digital content, including audio, video, and images.
Document management (DM) includes functionality to create, store, and track documents, document sets, and other types of content. Managing Records and eDiscovery

Discussions give the ability to share information or seek knowledge about specific subjects. This site is controlled by assigned site moderators, who set rules in order to organize open discussions. The primary functions of these site moderators include: reviewing all posts, making useful posts as featured content, and the like function. Additionally, a moderator can choose to assign special badges to discussion members to indicate their level of contribution to the Community site. Using My Sites will allow you to optimize and manage personal profiles, store your data, keep you informed and up to date with specific activities, tag content and follow site pages. The latest release of SharePoint 2013, allows for an integrated navigation experience that allows an enterprise user to smoothly browse their individual or others’ My Sites. The SharePoint Personnel Status Tracker is easy-to-use, and is designed to centralize the tracking and scheduling of employee’s within an organization. This solution allows for up to date information on employees whereabouts in the organization that can be tracked by supervisors and employees, given their roles.
The SharePoint Personnel Status Tracker has three different users’ roles which include the following: administrator, supervisors and employee. This solution allows for an administrator and supervisor to quickly group, sort, and assess the current status of your employees via a color-coded Graphs on the Admin page. This allows Supervisors to review schedule conflicts and future engagements, and also provides the ability to download on the fly via Excel, PDF, or even direct copy and paste. It is also important to note that, current and future employee status information can be easily updated from any of the components.
SharePoint Operational Display (SPOD)
The SharePoint Operational Display (SPOD) allows an organization to quickly build a database of information from lists in SharePoint or SQL Tables, as lists to display relevant geographical information within a SharePoint page. It is important to note that SharePoint lists can be used to display information in various formats as displayed, and can be tailored for not only any customer, but also different sets of SharePoint users.
Why PTP’s SPOD Solution?
SharePoint is missing an out-of-the-box mapping capability to allow for users to visually interpret their organization’s geospacial data. For example, displaying address fields in a contact list or a customer list on a map that can be used to manage sales and marketing efforts.
PTP’s SPOD allows users to display data points as markers from any type of map, whether it is through an online source such as Google, or through the use of an organization’s already existent Map tile server. Bottom line up front, PTP’s SPOD will display customer relevant data information from a SharePoint List or SQL table to be viewed as the data source in the Map’s display.
Note: It is important to note that a valid Bing Maps key Or Google Maps key is set at the farm or web level separate, which may incur additional costs.
