The Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Procurement (JE-RDAP) is a Multiple Award (MA), enterprise-wide omnibus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will establish a cadre of qualified contractors (IDIQ holders) to compete for JE-RDAP task/delivery orders for future research, development, production, procurement, and fielding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) defense systems, equipment, and material.

The JPEO-CBD intends to utilize the JE-RDAP IDIQ contract to execute RDAP activities, in order to provide CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Medical Devices, Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRNE Information Systems to the Warfighter. JE-RDAP task/delivery orders awarded under the JE-RDAP MA IDIQ contracts will be competed as fair opportunity among the IDIQ holders.
