People, Technology & Processes, LLC (PTP) has been awarded a task order under the Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) contract. PTP joins 67 other service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses on this five-year base multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle that encompasses general management and business support services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

This specific task order supports the VA’s Veteran Health Administration (VHA), specifically the Office of Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC). WMC is hoping to redesign, customize, and develop a unified SharePoint Office 365 site to serve as the VHA’s HR Hub. This HR Hub will group information by its WMC service or function, and provide a method for each type of WMC customer to quickly locate information relevant to their role.

PTP is currently supporting this task order with a skilled team consisting of a graphic designer, developer and content writer and editor. Together they will provide the design, customization, maintenance and content writing services necessary to support the creation of an accessible, user-friendly and consolidated SharePoint site for WMC customers to collaborate, obtain information, and download documents.
